More and more people are choosing to eat natural products, without preservatives and untreated by the industry. Cold drying or freeze-drying is an innovative processing method that allows you to obtain foods that preserve taste and micronutrients.

For this reason, we started from a product of our land that we know well, the apple, to offer an excellent source of vitamins and minerals, as well as the possibility of enjoying a fruit in a healthy and convenient way, even out of season.

Additionally, the power of freeze drying lies in the ability to preserve food, flavor and texture for long periods without compromising nutritional content or shelf life.

Another important aspect is that our process has been designed to avoid waste and discards, using the entire fruit (and by the whole we mean everything!).

The freeze-drying process is much more complicated and expensive than simple drying, but this is the only aspect to its disadvantage. This also explains why our products have a higher economic cost than dried fruit.
